Domaine de Labarthe - Guest house
RATES AND RESERVATIONS
The guest house is open all year round, by reservation only, for stays of two nights or more. In high season, stays of three nights or more are preferred.
For all booking requests, please fill in the online form with your contact details and send it to us.
It specifies the length of stay, the number of people (baby, children, adult) per accommodation and the price.
Accommodation capacity: Reservations are made for a specific number of people. If the number of our guests exceeds this number, Domaine de Labarthe reserves the right to refuse these additional guests. This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or breach of the booking contract on the initiative of the Domaine de Labarthe, and therefore, in the event of the departure of the renting guests, the entire stay will be invoiced.
Tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid at the end of your stay.
2021 bed & breakfast tax per adult per night: 0.75 euro
2021 tourist tax for gîtes per adult per night: 2.53 euros
In some accommodations, on request and at extra cost, an extra bed for children up to 12 years old can be installed. Please contact us for details.
To confirm your booking, please provide your full name, address and cell phone number.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% is taken from the credit card referenced.
For certain long stays, a deposit of 60% may be required at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation by the customer:
- up to 7 days before the arrival date, no charges will be applied and the deposit will be refunded.
- 7 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- 24 h 00 of the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In the event of government measures or presentation of a positive PCR test preventing your arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Some of our promotional offers include a non-refundable rate, in which case the full amount of the stay will be invoiced at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation by Domaine de Labarthe, guests will be informed as soon as possible and the deposit will be refunded in full.
ACCESS, ARRIVALS AND PARKING
The main access to the property at No. 1, rue des granges in the village of Espère, is closed by a code gate with intercom.
Reception and check-in are between 3.30 pm and 7.30 pm. We kindly ask our guests to specify their arrival time within this range.
For arrivals outside these times, please contact us in advance.
Access to accommodation and estate facilities (garden, swimming pool, terrace, parking lot and summer kitchen) is not permitted until check-in.
After unloading luggage, vehicles are parked in the estate parking lot behind the barn. This free parking area is not supervised.
The entrance to the property, the pathways to the parking lot and the main courtyard, as well as the access paths to the swimming pool and reception room, are under video surveillance.
ACCOMMODATION AND EQUIPMENT
Our guest rooms and gites all have their own character and decoration. Their level of service and comfort is similar. At the time of booking, your choice of room is specified and respected. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical problems, we reserve the right to change this allocation for equivalent accommodation, without any compensation.
The Domaine de Labarthe is a private property; leisure and comfort facilities (Wi-Fi, summer kitchen, gas barbecue, mountain bikes, swimming pool, spa, parking lot, etc.) are available to guests only, to the exclusion of all non-residents.
The utmost care and respect for safety precautions are required in their use, which is under the sole responsibility of users.
Some guest rooms and gîtes are not air-conditioned. In very hot weather, we can provide fans if necessary.
USE OF THE PLACE
The Domaine de Labarthe is a peaceful holiday resort. Our guests must respect the peaceful character of this family home and its outbuildings and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They undertake to return the premises and equipment in good condition.
The house, all rooms and the gîtes are non-smoking.
It is forbidden to store perishable food or to eat in the rooms.
Pets are not allowed. By prior arrangement and subject to conditions, well-behaved dogs may be accommodated (at an extra charge) in some of the guest rooms and gîtes.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is a private area not open to the public and shared by all guests. Unaccompanied children are not permitted.
Swimming is not supervised. Children are the responsibility of their parents, who must ensure their safety and respect the peace and quiet of the area.
Pool opening times: mornings until 1:00 pm and afternoons from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
SERVICES
Breakfast is served from 8:30am to 10:00am in the guest lounge, or on the terrace in summer.
Takeaway meals are available on reservation. Use of the summer kitchen and picnic area is free of charge for evening meals. The house wine list is available.
Table d’hôtes is held on Mondays, subject to availability and prior reservation.
Internet access is available in all gîtes and most rooms. Hot spot access is available in some lodgings.
You are solely responsible for the activities offered on site by our external service providers, such as yoga classes, well-being and beauty treatments. Please contact us for further information.
RULES
In the event of unexpected interruption of the stay by the guest, the full amount of the reservation is due.
The balance of the stay must be paid on departure, together with tourist tax and any additional services.
Cash and credit cards accepted: CB – Visa – Mastercard.
DEPARTURES: Rooms and gîtes must be vacated by 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
