Staying at Labarthe is also an opportunity to discover the wines of the region. Drawing on his roots in the Lot, his experience with wine estates and in wine trading, Guillaume invites enthusiasts to share his passion.
In one of the estate’s cellars, you will enjoy a guided tasting exploring the history of Cahors wines, their distinctive style, and carefully paired flavours alongside a selection of regional cheeses. Your host will lead this convivial experience, featuring five wines from the appellation, personally selected.

In the unique setting of the estate’s historic cellar, enjoy an original musical experience paired with a moment of indulgence in an elegant and intimate atmosphere:
- A welcome glass of Champagne served in a crystal flute,
- A six-course tasting of high-quality local produce, entirely homemade and prepared on site, accompanied by wines from Cahors and beyond, selected by the host,
- A violin and cello duo of professional virtuoso musicians, performing a (mostly) classical repertoire. A private concert tailored to the atmosphere and your preferences.
