Description
By mastering your breathing and poses you will enhance your alignment and balance. The practice combines flexibility exercises with more intense aspects of muscle development. Each session ends with the regenerative pose, essential for release and relaxation.
Relaxation and well-being are the watchwords, rather than performance or exertion. Classes are open to beginners. Classes are taken at your own risk, and the Domaine de Labarthe is in no way liable.
Collective classes with a welcoming atmosphere lasting 75 minutes, held (depending on availability) every Tuesday at 11.30am in the La Grange studio or outside in the grounds.
Equipment is provided – classes in French and/or English.
